It all began in late summer of 1999 with an internet rock-radio station that conquered soon a fast growing listenership. As in November '99 the legendary radio station M1 took the produced shows in their program, the one thing was clear: Melodic Rock is back… At this time many new but also established bands started to rediscover the Melodic-Rock scene. The idea for this compilation-CD-series was born as more and more new and unknown rock bands around the world contacted us for net - and airplays over munichshardesthits.com. Lots of them absolutely had a great musical potential. But unfortunately they were totally ignored by most of the other radio stations. We aim at bringing forward such excellent new artists and of course the Melodic-Rock itself. And that's for sure: This compilation-CD-series will be continued for sure.
